This thread is not about "everybody"; it's about transferring IEBCOPY unloaded data. That means that use of a lossy transform *WILL* cause problems.

If this is truly IEBCOPY unloaded data, why aren't you doing the transfers in BINARY, and avoiding ALL transforms??
