What makes MASTER CONSOLE unique?

Hi,

From the IBM book, the first console processed at IPL with the MASTER
authority becomes the actual master console. I understand that but the
question is, if I have another console also with the MASTER authority,
what's the difference between them?

If the two consoles are all defined with ROUTCODE(ALL) AUTH(MASTER)
LEVEL(ALL), I can see all messages and issue any commands on either one.
Then, what makes the MASTER CONSOLE unique?
