Last year there were no April Fool RFCs issued. Hopefully, the writers of such RFCs have regained their creativity and this year will see some new ones submitted. It is fun reading them and even more fun when they are referenced in standard RFCs or actually implemented (as occurred a few years ago with the infamous "Avian Transport" RFC1149). The "Avian Transport" implementation IMO was just as interesting to read about as reading about the time that a US Government issued a RFP for the "3 Pronged Fork" Optical Illusion and got a number of Prototypes submitted in response.
