Missing IBMers on whois.ibm.com

Hello:

I noticed some time ago that not all IBMers are listed on http://whois.ibm.com
For example, Mark Thomen is one of them.

In fact, I spoke with three IBMers (all of them in the U.S.) in recent weeks
who are NOT listed on that site, and nobody was able to explain to me why
some IBMers aren't listed.

Does anyone on this list has any idea why some IBMers can't be found on the
http://whois.ibm.com site ?
