Does anyone know the syntax (if any) that the VTAMAPPL program
requires for continuing long operator commands onto multiple
"//PARMLIB DD *" records?
I don't know where, or event if, the VTAMAPPL program is documented,
and I've tried a few typical continuation schemes, but without success.
