z/OS 1.7 LE and CICS 2.2 EIBTIME overlay

Hi all.

Just a "heads up". This past weekend we converted our TEST system to
z/OS 1.7 and now have a CICS user that says EIBTIME is apparently
getting overlaid in 1.7.

To get around the problem our CICS regions are now pointing to the 1.4
LE libraries. We contacted IBM who reported an APAR has already been
opened (APAR PK20133) to address this issue. Two customers have
successfully tested the usermod. We will be installing the fix
shortly.

We just wanted to make sure we alerted CICS 2.2 (and earlier) users of
this issue.
