STRNO in DB2 catalog

Hi folks,

I'm revising catalog parameters to improve performance and I have found that
DB2 catalog has STRNO=2 (concurrent read request).

This catalog was created in 1991 and perhaps this value could be increased
to decrease SYSZRPLW enqueues.
