Nobody around my previous employer's place would explain to me how they
decided on their goal mode settings. Guess they were keeping valuable
information away from the enemy (me in this case). I suspect they used
Cheryl's stuff based on what I saw though.

Also, used the Goal Mode Migration aid to corroborate what we'd come up
with. It was pretty close to Cheryl's Quick start.
