Anytime you get a bad disc it eats the time that you could have watched a
movie. Heck, they have to make sure when checking them in that there in the
correct sleeve. Take's a few more sec's to see if it's messed up. The less
movies you watch, the more they make.
Why wont they send you 4 the next time to cover that loss ? must be the
postage they would have to pay.

In one month I got Disc's that were cracked at the hub and could not be
played. Never got any comp disc's to cover for the one's that were bad.
Netflix has a nice easy to use feature concerning damged or lost in mail
disc's. You report the title showed up damaged and it gives you a cpl
option. Either they will send you a replacement copy immediatly even
before you mail the dmged one back if you wish or they will send you the
next item in Queue but its up to you. Beyond that what more do you think
they should do? Their not charging you a per title fee so they don't
really need to "comp" you if you get a bad disc, they simply replace it.
Its only happened to me 2x in around 5 yrs I think and they were always
fast about a replacement.
