TV signal shines through when using DVD player (scart)

Hi,
My Panasonic DVD player is connected to my TV by a Scart cable (RGB
output).
It looks okay, except: The television signal shines through quite a bit
(i.e. I see faint moving ghost images of some tv channel).
Any idea how to solve this problem?
