Combining DVDs with menus on a Mac

I created two, multiple session DVDs which I want to combine into one,
with menus.

The closest thing I could find was DVD2oneX, but there seems to be a
catch 22. Either I can take one full DVD with menus or I can combine
multiple DVDs without menus.

Does anybody know of a way to combine multiple DVDs and keep the menus?
