I can recommend two that I've eaten at, both in Caesars Palace.
Bradley Ogden is one. Very nice, must wear a coat and expensive. The
other and my first choice, though not really a steak house would be
Mesa Grill. They do steak to perfection. I usually get the rib eye or
New York Strip, and my wife almost always gets the filet. Much more
reasonable in price than Ogdens.

.... and I think the Mesa Grill house margarita (with Chinaco Verde) is
the best margarita I've ever had. Haven't had steak there, though, but
it sounds like they do a good job with a number of things there.
