We have a short sale offer in. Accepted by the seller, and now waiting
for banks negotiator response. First my broker didn't want to take
multiple offers from us, now she doesn't want us to continue looking for
homes while we wait! Her motives are obvious but very strange behavior
from an experienced and successful broker don't you think?
