Her concern is that you may find something else and make all this work
her and others are doing useless. If you put in another offer on
another place you will have decreased creditability because you will
appear to be unstable in your decision making...cannot make a
decision. In the time she works with you twice to sell one home she
could work with two people and make two sales. To ask you to stick to
a properly made decision is wise and assists you. To keep looking
AFTER you have made a decision would not be a good thing. Make a well
informed decision, like your decision and stick to it.
It is the actions of a person in business, yours should be the same
and respectful of the time she has invested in assisting you and your
family meet your goals.

If you keep looking, you might be handed off to a new agent with
little to no skills. Not to your benefit.

I waited for 6 weeks for a bank to approve my short sale offer and when
they made no decision, I backed out of that deal and made an offer on a
bank owned property.
The bank took so long i felt I was wasting my time and my agent agreed.
Some short sales have kept purchasers waiting for 6 months or more. There
has to be a limit as to how long someone will wait for a bank to say yes
or no.
Like I said I would guess the agent thinks this offer by JK will be
accepted fairly soon, so i wouldn't go looking just yet.
