Tonight, in a fit of glee, my wife, who is going out of town on Wednesday,
again treated me to dinner. This time it was the sweet tomato located at
warm springs and Stephanie in Henderson.
I love a good salad at a buffet. I don't like the usual house salad they
dump on your table as part of a meal. I prefer to make my own salad at a
buffet style setting. The sweet tomato offers all of the good fixings for
a salad along with fruit and several dinner dishes like mac and cheese and
soups.
My tray was loaded with a huge Caesars salad; a bowl of chili and some mac
and cheese.
I walked out of there fully loaded and made a mental note to return.
I'd recommend this place to anyone who likes to eat greens and who likes
to stay away from meaty dishes. The chili had meat, but any good chili is
going to have meat to give it great flavor.
What next? A detailed review of your favorite Jack In The Box?
and bad chili will put some rhythm in your step, and a little horn music...
