2) Built in work bench with ample storage and space for tools;

3) Built in cupboards for storing tools, supplies and a couple
truckloads of spare Volvo parts;

4) Store the engine stand, engine lift bar, cherry picker etc;
and

5) Park two vehicles, with ample room to work on them, e.g. use
a
cherry picker in the garage to pull the engine.

A man has to get his priorities straight.

Yes, and it sounds like you have yours tuned to perfection.  OTOH,
you probably forgot to mention a Powermatic 66, 6" jointer, 24"
planer, RAS or other further refinements. <grin>
