Is Kabob Korner the one downtown?

I'm torn between Joel Robuchon, Switch and anywhere else for our one *posh* meal in Vegas - anyone any preferences? I've been to JR in London, which is rather unimpressive. Last trip we went to Picasso, which was OK.

This trip we will most often be found in the Carnegie Deli at Mirage - unless anyone knows of a better deli.
