Henderson/vegas apartment recommendations

I'm now looking to book an apartment with a short term lease of 3-6
months. It is obvious, that even though I find a house, it may be several
months before I close and will need an apartment for a short time.
I'm interested in the 89014 zip code of Henderson or any area to the West.
maybe something nice around Pecos Rd and Wigwam near where Dr. Baf lives.
You know, moving is a bitch and too many things have to be done in a short
period of time, so forgive me for not googling for apartment info, but any
ideas might cut down on my search time.
