Both Orleans and Gold Coast. Never heard of on in Rio.
Not more than a few years ago Orleans and Gold Coast had the best prices in town -- even beating Lee's Discount Liquor. Times change. Now prices are close -- but to get the best price at Orleans/Gold Coast you have to be a slot club member and have your card at time of purchase.
