my technical advice? never ever install such things --- they can be a bitch to remove (ex: Zango) and all most definitely slow the machine / expose your online activities. The Oprah 'seal of approval' not withstanding.

* If you have an HP printer, scanner, camera or computer this bit of rubbish is on your machine if you selected auto install --- go to add / remove programs and get rid of it.
