Seems a good friend of ours, about 30 years old, was in N.O. for a

(some friends?), and some natives talked him into getting into their car.
Evidently he had been drugged, roffies I believe, and they drove around
the surrounding towns and made him pulse almost $15,000 out of his
account. I was under the impression that #1.) There are daily limits, way
below 15K, and #2.) ATM's have cameras that record each transaction.
Is this fellow's story plausible? After much to do with the police and the
bank, he manage to get most of his money back, but he has a touch of PTSD.

This sounds more like credit card cash advances than an ATM/Debit
card.
Pushing buttons to withdraw cash after roffies - no likely.
