Re: OT: Electoral College Op Ed

Actually, Nebraska divide their electors based on Congressional District.
Much like the EC,  but instead of winner-take-all for the state, it is for
each Congressional District.

To be picky, both Maine and Nebraska base the 2 EC votes they get for
their 2 senators on the statewide total, and the 2 they get for having
2 representatives on the vote in those representative's districts.
