Why do you always have to lie about where you are.
You are not in Las Vegas. Your IP traces...

Drone, drone, drone. Lecture, lecture, lecture.

Has anyone taken time out to tell you how incredibly boring you are, and
that you talk way, way too much? How could anyone be expected to get to
the end of one of your long winded sermons, with out either falling asleep
or gouging their eyes out?

Interesting view, that you would find an accurate statement of reality
differing from your view commentable, lamentable. Then to deride
that accuarate view, supported by reality, is even more interesting.
Vegas is exploding still. How do I know?? I saw it with my own
eyes. Six thousand employees will be needed at the www.citycenter.com
complex. Dealing only with City Center.... Most of those workers will
come from other hotels as is the habit. They are well trained, know
their jobs and will serve the guests well. Them leaving will create
upward mobility for others who will "bid up", or come in from other
surrounding towns or states. Good on all involved.
Business is cyclical in all fields and aspects. The emotion that
Vegas will somehow dry up and blow away is a ~romantic~ notion (look
up the word, nothing to do with love) not based in reality nor track
record.
Problems bring about solutions. We walk on thorns and think of the
shoe. Us bald folks burn our bald spot and think of a hat. :) Good
stimulus and better response.
There will be a rocket train that will run from So Cal to Vegas, and
not soon enough in my mind. You can breakfast in Los Angeles, do
Vegas for the day and be home for a late dinner, ...all in the same
rising and setting of the sun.
Energy is a problem, and a problem world wide. Some are carpooling to
Vegas instead of one guy in an SUV. COOL! Others are confirming
reservations more and more before leaving, and even (GASP) having a
reservation before they drive to Vegas. They walk up to the front
desk, having conf numbers in hand and jet straight to the room ahead
of everyone else.
I am from the thought process that eats problems for lunch and shits
answers for dinner! We will always have problems just a short second
before the solution is pulled together.!! ...gotta have a John Wayne
attitude and toss "Chicken Little" in the barrow patch (side of the
road). I did not grow up on Food Stamps and Welfare in Gov't Housing
to waste the education and experience on being a looser. Vegas is fine
and will continue to be so.

Got decent credit, buy a home in Vegas using a NV Corp. Use a good
atty that is older, has good social relationships with people in
useful places, and been around the barn a time or two.

We have lemons??? ...make lemonade! :)

It'll be fine.
