Excellent question!
The BEST way to crack and egg is to learn the method any good cook always
learns.
Use ONE hand and hold the egg between your index and middle finger on the
pointed side and your thumb on the flatter side. Gently crack the egg
against the saucepan (or bowl or frying pan) and pull apart with your
fingers and thumb. It takes some practice but eventually you should be able
to do two at a time.
If you really want to watch a pro in action (besides ME) have breakfast at
Main Street Station Buffet and watch Manny make you an Omelet.
If you really want to watch an idiot, watch Chuf Kurt.
