To my knowledge, there aren't any similar buffets devoted to seafood.
There's Todai in Planet Hollywood, and the off-Strip Makino and Sushi
Factory, but those focus primarily on sushi.
Most of the regular buffets have _some_ seafood, and some have weekly
Seafood Nights, like the Orleans (Monday & Friday) and Gold Coast
(Friday).
If you're really attracted to the Village Seafood Buffet, go try it and
let us know what you think. A midweek day is less likely to be crowded
than the weekend, and the recommendation to get there early sounds
wise.
Note that the remodeled buffet is scheduled to open on March 5,
according to the Rio website.
