I think he may have meant that multi-story hotel section the Frontier built, which opened around 1967 or so.

Here's a good link. If you go under the "Frontier (early 1970's)", that's the building I think Mr. Cohen meant. You probably knew that's what I was referring to, but some might heve thought I meant the tower that was built years later.
