decided to inlcude a meal at Makino.  How different are the lunch and
dinner options?

Not that much different... dinner had unremarkable crab legs and maybe
some fancier hot dishes.  Definitely not enough to justify the nearly
double price.

Importantly, you can get the outstanding tuna salad at either meal.
