I was playing an early session of VP before we had to leave for the airport

should not have my Players Club card in the machine. His reasoning was that
I was lowering my daily gambling average because this one hour of play would
add an entire day to my total and thus lower my daily average.
Any basis to this? I was at MSS.
At Harrah's your ADT (average daily theoretical) is very important. I do
not know about other casinos. Harrah's places great importance on how
much you play during a trip. Definitions of what comprises a trip at
Harrah's are not clear.
As an example--two players gamble the same yearly amount. But one player
makes 12 visits to the casino and the other gambler makes two visits to
the casino. This will most likely result in better offers being extended
to the gambler who makes the two visits than it will for the other
gambler. In Harrah's view the ADT of the two-visit player is higher and
so that player is worth more to Harrah's.
