I react only posts which attack me. That is what I do. But anyone who
posts good information (and doesn't STEAL it or credits their sources) is
always commended by me.

This basically started with the Pondsum incident and Andrew (Elmer) decided
to play judge, jury and punished without ever gathering any facts. HE NEVER
discussed it with me. Or my sister who's privacy was attacked. Actually,
it not me who has the beef. But my brothers (and my two brother in laws)
will fuckin kill him if they ever see him. He may as well take out a peace
bond against the whole family. By the way, "little Mikey" is a very
successful attorney in NC, so we got our asses covered too.)

But Elmer usually just parks his fat ass at MSS and talks to the pig statue,
pees on the wall or eats Sushi, so WTF. Beats having to work at building
his law practice. I don't know about you Max, but I worked my ass off
building my company and getting my education for the first 20 years. I
didn't have time for all this.

Berman was an honored friend once, but unless he is worshipped, he has
little use for you. But Berman is busy these days and oddly enough we work
in the same circles on occasion. We really have no problem with Berman as
both he and his wife are pretty much busy with other issues right now
Actually Berman is the guy you give the work to at SCA and he is too dumb to
realize that nobody gives a ***.

Ronson doesn't even know me, but threatened me with junk mail a few years
ago. He was another who attempted to "find me" and publish my home address,
work address, etc. I believe Ronson and CTFF have worked very hard behind
the scenes to "punish' me. They even tried to find my GF at Disney.

Would YOU put up with this crap?

Finally CTFF. That is one sick ***. Unlike me, I have never run away or
refused to meet with my enemies. And I have never brought harm to anyone
who would not harm me first. In truth, Berman took a private conversation
and make it public. HE actually violated several private and public laws, I
am told. As far as his complaint, David has repeated refused to publish the
complaint #. I even went as far to see the Chief to find that "complaint".
Where's the BEEF, Berman?

As a lawyer this is truly disgusting. Of all people, he should have known
better. But I learned after two meetings that Elmer pints his finger in the
wind and changes with it. He even kisses up to CTFF.

If you don't see any difference between "this BM guy" and everyone else
here (including Trout and Payton), then you just haven't been paying
attention. It's one thing to trade verbal taunts in this group, but

Those phone calls by BM and his insults toward female members of this
group, including Donna, are what triggered the 'shun'.

If anything, I think the regulars in this group have shown they have
remarkably thick skins when it comes to verbal abuse. There have been
some really nasty exchanges, yet the participants were able to get over
it and move on. It takes a lot a work over a long period of time to
piss off people here so much that they want nothing to do with you. So
much that they actually disinvite you from their social gatherings.
Chuck set the bar for being a jerk really high, and BM still found a
way to jump over it.

BM obviously wants to be a respected member of this group, else he
wouldn't keep hanging around here and trying to post normal answers to
questions. Unfortunately he won't get any respect here until he owns
up to his misdeeds and shows some contrition and humility.

BM brought this on himself, and it's up to him to fix it. He can start
by publicly apologizing to the person he made those phone calls to, and
to the women here he insulted. He can also quit with his childish
insults and unprovoked name-calling. Not because it hurts anyone's
feelings here, which it doesn't, but because it makes him look like a
jerk.

He must 'take the high road,' as we're fond of saying, and stay on it.
He has to repair his own reputation here. We can't do it for him.

A well stated response CBHog. I have looked back at recent times in here
and see that I apparently just happened upon a day recently when a couple
of posts were made regarding BM. I hadn't been in this ng for awhile
previous to that.
As those posts weren't "ignoring" but rather directly, yes, attacking BM,
and there was more than one such thread, AND they appeared to be
originating posts as opposed to replies - I made the possible (and
hopefully understandable) mistake of "assuming" (I know, I know) that it
was more of the same that I'd seen before.

So I posted just to get off my chest that I hate seeing that crap in good
ng's. Not that my opinion means anything, but I felt like it, and
sometimes a different person's viewpoint might make one think about what
they're doing and/or their viewpoint.

However, upon further review, I will henceforth do as I have - stay out of
it. I've no desire to pick a side on this. I'll prolly take a more
active interest in viewing now though to see what the hub-bub is about.
As I mentioned before, a lot of the reason to peruse this ng is for the
entertainment value... in addition to some very interesting and helpful
information about vacationing in Vegas.
