I can't think of a nicer guy to receive the nomination of the
achievingparty for President, and last night he made a good start at
whothat
position.
After all, we've had almost exactly seven years of one "nice guy"
anotherbarely can spell his own name. Why not at least four years of
more"nice guy" who is bright and articulate? Who cares if he accepted
aftersouthbribes, err, gifts, as governor than the worst governor of the state
criteriaof his? Who cares if he is a religious nutcase who only used the
that if someone "found Jesus" he should be released from custody
"nicehaving committed rape and/or murder? Shoot, that's part of being a
poorguy."

All I can say is that I hope the Iowa Caucus continues its extremely
attrack record of selecting the eventual nominee in non-incumbent years,
thinkleast from the Republican side of the aisle.I hope the Iowa results continue and Obama gets the nomination. Can't
of an easier candidate to beat, than a liberal with no experience.
Obama has a lot more experience than the cow boy who's in the White
House now did when he first ran for president. History has recorded
several presidents who started with no experience and who went on and
are spoken highly of now such as Truman, Lincoln, etc.
I think Obama's lack of federal government experience will work well for
him. Senators do not usually win when they run for the presidency, but
Obama comes across as a many who can bring about change; not the same
old same old. This is why Obama's lack of experience will work to his
advantage. This situation in reverse is exactly why Edwards and Clinton
didn't pick up the Iowa nomination. Both Clinton and Edwards are seen as
Washington insiders, which might be a detriment if the American people
really want change in Washington.
You better check on Bush, since he did two terms as Governor of Texas and
Texas is one big state. O'bama has done nothing, but enter his first term as
Senator.
Obama is merely seizing the opportunity, that he hopes will develop. He
hopes that the people are so fed up with a republican being in the White
House, that they will elect the Democratic nominee, regardless of who that
person may be.
Not True.
They are not going to elect a young, first term liberal black over an
experienced guy, who has been Governor of a state.
The people may be tired of Bush, but they are not stupid.
