I am back after spending 8 night in Vegas. A longer trip report is
forthcoming but a few highlights:

We had absolutely gorgeous weather. Probably the best weather we have

had.

The $20 trick worked like a charm at Treasure Island and we were upgraded
to
a strip view room on the 32nd floor with keyed elevator access.

Saw Yellow Brick Road at the Railhead. They were fantastic!

I actually came home $9 up which doesn't sound like much but is a miracle
since I lost almost all of my measly little stake the first day I gambled.

A stupid question, but the yellow brick road must be a tribute show to the
beatles. Correct??
Is it a local production show or a fly by night operation?

Yellow Brick Road is a classic rock tribute band. They play everything from The Beatles to Ozzy. The night we saw them they did some Van Halen, David Bowie, Rush, Led Zeppelin, Scorpions, Beatles and others...During the second set they took audience requests.

Glad to hear you had the chance to see Yellow Brick Road live at the Railhead. I have been a fan ever since I first happened to catch them at Red Rock. I couldn't believe how well they played so many different classic rock hits. Now seeing them at the Railhead @ Boulder is my absolute #1 favorite thing to do when I'm in Vegas. They are extremely talented musically, and I love the genre of music they play.
