I'm going to fly SWA hopefully from PVD to LAS on Octooooober 9th, with
makestop in BNA. Of course, a lot of the seats will already be filled by
passengers like me, who got on in PVD.
Seeing as this is PayTan's very FIRST flight with SWA, it's easy to
understand why he has absolutely NO IDEA how they operate. As one
who has done at least 30 of this EXACT flight now, I feel comfortable
knowing that there are usually less than 10 people staying onboard
the continuing flight to LAS when it arrives in BNA from PVD, and in
many cases, less than 5. Most of those passenger immediately change
seats to the front of the aircraft, as those seem to be the preferred
seats by many SWA passengers.
Besides, PayTan is handicapped (both physically and mentally) so,
like a child under 18, he isn't allowed to sit in an exit row.
Thank god for small favors.
You would think the great chuckster
would know that and understand, why there were not a great deal of empty
seats. Of course, where you are fat, dumb and lazy like chuck, you will
mistakes once in awhile.
John PayTan
With statements like that, PayTan's membership in the "HitHG" is
assured for many years to come.

As a matter of fact, I've sat in the exit rows many times, while flying on
Delta. I like the extra legroom. It allows me to streach my right leg, when
the knee causes trouble.
On one flight..a true story..a delta attendant came by to make sure I was
physically able to open the door etc and I assured her I was. She then
leaned over close to my ear and said...I'll be there to help because if we
evacuate the plane, I'll be going out the door, right after you. Then she
smiled.
I think she was hitting on me but my wife was there to ruin it.
