Re: Vegas Newsgroup Libs get it up the kazoo

I still think it's possible that in a country the size of Iraq that
there could be several dozen semi trailers buried in the desert
somewhere.

Again, the issue isn't just a few semi trailers full of weapons and
their drivers. A genii didn't just pop the trailers for of weapons
into existence. If there were weapons, they had to be designed, built,
transported, stored trained with.

You don't have to just hide a few trucks in the desert. You have to
hide the design studios, the precursor factories, the assembly
factories, the transportation trucks, the warehouses, the training
facilitates. None of those exist. Were they all buried in the dessert
next the trucks?

And you don't just have to shoot a few truck drivers to hide the
mystery. You need tons of people to have a weapons program - people at
every stage of the weapon's lives. And those people all had friends
and families. They had to eat every day as the worked and trained with
the weapons. And, yet, there are no people who have any knowledge of
any stage of post Gulf War I weapons production - nobody who worked at
any stage of their development, no family members, no friends, no
support people who few them. Nobody.

Finally, you have to ask yourself why you believe Saddam had post Gulf
War I WMD. Why do *you* believe it? Because off all the "intelligence"
that told us they existed. We've now gone through all that
intelligence. It was a complete bunch of hooey. None of it proved
true. Stories of mobile biological weapons factories? Fabrications
made up by one crazy loon sitting in a jail in Germany. Reports of
hidden labs? We went to where the defectors told us there were
labs... they never existed.

We now know all the intelligence was bogus. We now know we were lied
to. We have spent $billions looking for people or physical evidence
evidence that would be impossible to hide and there is none. So why
should anybody believe there were post Gulf War I WMD? Why?
