I have read on the Board about Comps for free meals or rooms . and the
posters say you do not need to spend alot to receive these . My question
as a first time visitor to Vegas in September is how much is not alot
????. Also if you are playing slots in the casino how much are the
drinks????

Lots of good information from other posters. I thought I'd add this. I just
got a room offer from Bellagio. In the fine print is says that I may be
eligible for additional comps if I earn 6000 points A DAY on my slot card
during my stay. I am pretty low roller and I think I only earned 500 during
my entire last trip (although I did play at other casinos as well)last year.
Also, since I reached the point of having 1000 points on my card in the last
12 months it seems like I am getting better room offers where I actually
have to call casino marketing rather than just the offers I was getting
because I signed up at the online guestbook at their website. I don't know
for sure if that is why but it makes more sense than my original thought
which was they must have me confused with someone else. :-)
