Got this with my AA mileage statement:

I'm not into these , but I do have friends that have taken similiar trips with no intention of buying. They got pampered and they understood that they had to sit there for a 2 hour promo and did so, then said " No. No . No" to the offers and went about their way. I didn't look for the details - where/what type room etc - just passing along for those that might want to check into it.
