When is the best time to go? There are offerings for discount coupons
to be used before 5PM. I wonder how much better/spectacular the views
will be after sunset? Or should one go up twice, daytime and night

I went at night and enjoyed the view....somewhat. Biggest complaint
is that there is not much space to walk around, and the tour guides packed
too many people in at the same time. It was elbow to elbow. The
Stratosphere Tower has much more walking around space.
