Note that there is Harrah's the Las Vegas Resort, and Harrah's the
corproation. I'm not a big fan of either. The corporation has been
buying up places around town, stripping out some of the fun and
uniqueness of each and making Vegas more generic than it should be.
Don't get me wrong, still some great places to stay. I'd take one of
Harrah's joints in Vegas over just about anyplace outside of Vegas.
Just not as good as they could be, and headed in the wrong direction.
As for the resort itself, the location is great, but the rooms and
pool aren't so great. Any chance you could get free rooms at the
Flamingo or Bally's instead?
