No need, Denny. We had grandkids here for the long weekend, complete with diapers. To that, let's add the shells from 3# of shrimp, all heating up well in the garage. The upside to this is that we have no concern about anyone entering the house via the garage.I always put shells in a bag and throw them in the freezer until trash day. No smell...

There's a place right down the street from my office in E. Boston that has a 1/2 pound lobster roll for $15.95. Most places around here have half that size for a coupla dollars more. And there is no celery or other veggies in a REAL lobsta roll...

That's good to know. I'm not from the upper NE, and my only experience with them was in Kinnebunk and Portland. What do the proper ones have, just lobster pieces and mayonnaise? Is there any lettuce, dill weed or celery salt on them? I bet that any of that would be good. <drool>
They sometimes come on a bed of lettuce in the roll. Maine lobster rolls
typically come on a New England style hot dog roll. Even the half pounder down the street. We'll be making a biker trip in a couple of weeks up to the Maine Diner in Wells. Definitely a tourist trap but the best food north of Boston. Lobstah roll and a bowl of fish chowdah for me. And a slice of fresh Maine blueberry pie. My favorite meal...
