The last time we were on Vancouver Island, I got a tray them at a Safeway grocery in Victoria. Surprisingly, the grocery in Nanaimo itself didn't have them. My problem may be solved, however. Some friends are driving from Victoria to Reno at the end of the month and I bet that they'll bring me a supply. They hold up decently in the freezer and just a few go a long way, being so rich.
