I stayed in one of those places in the late 60s and it was a dump back
then. The only reason we stayed there was it was free and over priced
at that. It has evolved into an even nicer rat hole than it was 30
plus years ago. How can you bad-mouth a place that shows it's guests
they are in such a safe area that it's not necessary for most of the
motels' doors to have working locks?
