Now that your lawsuit has been exposed as a total pipe dream, with no
dollars awarded, LOL, admit that insults are not actionable. Just
because someone calls names, you can't prove financial damage. What
dollars did it cost you to be called names? NOT ONE, Danni. Free speech
covers even the worst examples in order to protect all, especially in a
forum like this. A poster in this forum can only answer you if YOU POST
FIRST. If you don't post or answer, no flame war. Just look at the
things written about politicians.
ADMIT IT, you blew the whole case when you threatened a poster with
profanity and sexual profanity "as he was making fun of your mother" to
"reach down your throat and rip your heart out" Were you cleared of
threats in this case, Danni?
