The Dude Abides!

Mrs Hog will be in sartrorial splendor at the soiree. After many years of
missing this event, we are very much looking forward to meeting everyone and
enjoying the festivities Saturday night. It sounds like a helluva lot of fun
and it probably beats seeing Mystere by a mile!

My buddy Joe is one of those lucky, fortunate few who have not only bought a
time share, but thinks it's a great thing (with the price of hotels lately,
I have a harder time arguing with him). Anyway, Joe is hosting his own mini
"soiree" at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club at the Flamingo with his wife and
another couple the very same weekend. We decided to crash his party *and*
yours by staying at the Flamingo (Mrs. Hog is a big fan of nice Las Vegas
pools).

I'm trying to convince Joe and his wife to come downtown with us to join in
on the festivities (he's as much a Big Lebowski fan as either of us are),
but even if he can't make it, we'll be there just to check out that bowling
shirt of yours. Legend says that it's a classic!

I'm sorry to hear Mrs Andrew requires a bit of convincing to be wined,
dined, sunned and danced into sheer ecstasy in the Holy City. We are very
much looking forward to meeting both of you if that's any incentive.

And if we get to see the Pickadillos, it'll be a bonus!
