Folks with a bug up their ass like you often miss the point of articles
because of their rush to pontificate.

The major point of the story is a simple one: The author didn't assigned
blame to anyone in particular, but merely addressed what appears to be the
fact that because of the widespread presence of defibrillators in casinos,
and properly trained staff to operate them, folks with heart attacks have a
higher initial survival rate than in other environments.

I'm sure I'm not the only one who go the point.
