I don't know if you'll agree with me or not, but I think I have at least
arguable credentials to comment on the subject due to my long history with
Chuck, and due to the beliefs of some -however wrong they are- that I have
enjoyed being in verbal warfare with him.

I believe this is not only true, but I'm puzzled as to why anyone would
think that people engaged in debate with him are hopelessly overmatched. In
fact, his technique, if you want to call it that, is one of very little
originality. Rather, it is one of almost ceaseless redundancy and
repetition, without any serious attempt to vary the message or to show
creativity. It is much closer to the "did not," "did so" of children
repeating the same things over and over until one of them gets tired of the
whole thing. In addition, I think it should be obvious that his incessant
use of obscenities and generally offensive language is not the mark of a
true wit, but rather the refuge of one who decidedly is not a wit at all and
has a serious lack of social graces.
Maybe Hog thinks everyone is overmatched because he thinks it is effective
to relentlessy hammer at something ad nauseum.

I totally agree. Over the years, there is not a single thing -not one- that
he ever wrote about me, and which I declared was a lie, that he was ever
able to prove, even when I offered to make it financially worth his while.
Even in the one case where I accepted the fact that he "might" be a legal
resident of Las Vegas (at the time), I reached the conclusion via my own
research, not anything he was able to provide.
As time went on and his fabrications became more obvious to me and many
others, due in part to their wildness, it just made it easier to do what I'm
able to do now, which is to mostly ignore him.

You are right again, and that was MY mistake in not treating this stuff as
inconsequential (other than his failed attempt to interfere with my
employment).
But I'm never too old to learn, and I have learned.

You mean he can be labeled with the "H" word?

EE HAS worked in the movie business, and I know some of the details. EE
never said he was a bigshot in the business, but he definitely had the
experience. He is also not a wetback ...not even close. But why should we
worry about this when talking about a congenital liar?
