I guess I'll be the stinker.

For most people a Pocket PC with a keyboard, for trips, is more than
enough. My Dell Axim is part of my wallet, its with me whenever I'm
out. Nothing extra to carry. In a hotel with a hotspot with the
folding keyboard I'm happy. I love to read & use my ppc for ebooks
(see http://ebook.23ae.com/documents/faqlite.html (guess I'm bad)).

At times I wish I had large screen and dvd player but when I travel I
like to get out and see something new. I can watch movies at home...

FYI: A Pocket PC can fit into just about every hotel room safe... Do
you leave your laptop in your room when you go out? Who is doing what
with your data when you're in the jacuzzi at the Mirage?
