It's enjoyable, although I wouldn't go out of my way to see it.
Sometimes you can find discount coupons.

There are some good places on your list, but you left out some of the
ones that are usually considered the best buffets (Bellagio, Paris,
Alladin, etc). Unfortunately they also tend to be the most expensive,
so the cost may be prohibitive for you. However, prices are lower at
lunch than at dinner, so a tip is to have a late lunch there and make
it the main meal of your day.
