Not a true expert here, but I strongly suspect what you are hoping for
isn't going to work. Consumer camcorders have real trouble filming at
night. Add to the fact that you'll be in a fast-moving bumby helicopter
and I suspect your going to get a mess of blurry colors, rather than
anything that looks like the Vegas strip.
