I'll be in town two weeks earlier and the specials are beginning to
pile up (www.vegashotelspecial.com). Of course the holidays will be
more expensive. I'd check for specials that work in your time frame
first. If prices are high everywhere, my choice for mid range but in
the heart of the action would be Barbary Coast or Aladdin (amazingly
good rates earlier in december). Haven't tried the Flamingo yet, but
it might also fit your nill.
Maybe check out the $10 LVA subscription until the end of the year
being offered right now. Again, I'm not sure whether the coupons would
work during the holidays, but it might be wort checking out.
