No I would never say it is on topic. Some people just twist what other
have said. I've always said that limited off topic, especially what I
call the non-harmful off topics are fine.

Also don't feel like you have to include me in all your replies to Off
Topic posts. Obviously your only reason for replying to this thread is
to take a shot at me. If I post something feel free to reply about it's
on or off topic relevance. If others post off topic there is no need to
reply only to include me in it.
