"Does this CD have the Internet on it" is a genuine question that I
fielded when working in tech support for an ISP; while it sounds
utterly wrong, the meaning is still more or less apparent.
Customer: "I want to download the Internet. Do I need a bigger hard disk?"
The way Windows continually swaps things onto and off the hard drive,
you could never be sure.
